Covid Safety
As part of re-opening to guests, we have completed the UK's self-certification process to confirm that we "have followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social/physical distancing". Everybody who lives and works on Chwibonogl Farm has been vaccinated against Covid 19 but as policy we are never too careful. Everywhere that our guests can go are scrupulously sanitised between use and being quite so secluded means we only ever have one set of guests staying - no one way systems and no shared facilities.

Cancellations & Refunds
Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by telephone or email of any cancellation or modification of the booking as soon as you’re able to and at least 7 days before arrival.
If you book a holiday with us and national or local restrictions prevent you from travelling, we’ll issue you with a a voucher for the amount paid to be used in booking a new holiday in the future. The voucher can be used up to 12 months from it being issued.
